CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Pre-K 2.5-4.5yrs Designed as a stepping stone for tap, jazz & ballet classes offered at Studio Three, this class will work on movement to music, body awareness, creative expression, listening skills, self confidence, motor skills, rhythm and balance. Your child must be potty trained to participate in this class.
Combo Classes Structured dance! This class includes tap, jazz & ballet. Continuing with listening skills, self confidence, motor skills, rhythm and balance, the student learns to build dances based on basic steps. As the student ages and continues, the skill level builds. Open to all ages.
Hip Hop Building on the basics of ballet and jazz, this class is FUN! Excellent cardio and always age appropriate.
Ballet Learn the true beginnings of classic dance. This class requires a bit of self discipline. Every student should have an awareness of ballet and terminology, excellent for sports agility.

STUDIO POLICIES
Enrollment Minimum enrollment is 5 students per class. Maximum enrollment is 10 students per class. Classes must meet minimum enrollment prior to the first class of the month or the class will be cancelled. Current class schedule can be adjusted at any time to fit the needs of the students.
Observation Parents are welcome to watch the first lesson of the month. Please stay on the carpeted area while visiting. Not all students can stay focused on dance if there are other things going on during class. If your student has siblings that are disruptive in any way, I will ask you to leave. Please use your discretion; I do not want to ask people to leave.
Absences You must take your make up lesson within 4 weeks of your absence. Do not deduct lessons missed from your monthly payments! If a student is absent 4 consecutive weeks, they will be dropped from class. No refund will be given for unused lessons.
Attire Ballet slippers with a sole, tap shoes, leotard, bike shorts, t-shirts, leggings, tights and socks are all acceptable for dance class. Hair should be out of student's face. There is a dress code for teacher recommendation classes. Ballet is black leotard, pink tights, hair in bun and ballet shoes. There are some dance shoes to borrow, however after 4 lessons, please furnish your own shoes. NO JEANS!
